This book is a part of a group of “geopolitical studies”, dealing with political geography and studying the contemporary international relations of Lebanon. The book analyses the historical, political, social, cultural, geopolitical and economic landmarks of a country that plays an important role in the political geography of one of the politically hottest regions in the world.

Lebanon is a unique example of coexistence in terms of multi-sectarianism and the dialogue of different cultures. Therefore, apart from what is being discussed, a group of distinguished figures, each in his field, clarified the exceptional Lebanese reality and reviewed future aspirations for advancement in various sectors.

The former minister Jean Louis CARDAHI Contributed to the drafting of the book, under the title of administrative reform “a necessary commitment”, where he talked about the reality of the telecommunications sector and how it is ready to move forward and the possibility and conditions of its privatization, and the minister CARDAHI started his article by talking about the chronic administrative imbalance in Lebanon highlighting the success of past eras that have achieved the public interest of the country.
