The book is based on a document prepared by the ministry in early 2001 to summarize four years of hard work and achievements in the telecommunications and new technology sector, from the achievement of a telecommunications law, to the significant increase in revenues and transfers to the State treasury, to the development of the mobile and land line networks in all Lebanese regions. A radical change in the sector through an aiming vision that combines the desire to finance the treasury on the one hand, and the development of the sector in the service of the people on the other hand.
